Arthur’s has recently gone through a change in ownership. My name is Jeremy Anderson, my wife Jana and I purchased Arthur’s Formal Wear in 2013 from Paula Saxin who has been with Arthur’s for the past 25 years and has helped teach me the trade and provide the expertise she has gained from the past 25 years!
Although my past is not directly related to tuxedos and formal wear, I do have 20 years of experience in customer service and sales. Through this experience I have learned that customer satisfaction and care are the most important things to the success of any business! Unfortunately, corporate America does not always take that stance and loses sight of that goal amongst all the profit charts and cutbacks.
